These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Artist Growth Intelligence ("the Service"), operated by Glowstick Music Inc. under the Artifuel brand. By using the Service through artifuel.pro or app.artifuel.pro, you agree to these Terms.
Artist Growth Intelligence is an AI-powered artist development platform that generates personalized reports, strategic insights, and recommendations. It is intended as a decision-support tool and not professional legal, financial, business, or career advice.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You may analyze your own artist project or projects you manage or have permission to submit.
You are responsible for submitted information and confirm you have the rights to upload it.
You retain ownership of uploaded content. Glowstick Music Inc. receives only a temporary licence necessary to generate your report.
The Service uses AI to generate reports. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be used as decision-support rather than guarantees. No Guarantees Glowstick Music Inc. does not guarantee increases in streams, followers, engagement, revenue, bookings, audience growth, or commercial success.
We may improve AI models, prompts, methodologies, report structures, and features without notice.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Glowstick Music Inc. does not store payment card information.
Once report generation begins, purchases are generally non-refundable. Verified technical failures may result in a regenerated report or refund at our discretion.
Accounts may be introduced in the future and additional terms may apply.
The Service, branding, software, prompts, methodologies, and designs remain the intellectual property of Glowstick Music Inc.
Do not misuse the Service or upload content without permission.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the report giving rise to the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Glowstick Music Inc. for claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Feedback may be used without restriction. Ownership of your uploaded content remains with you.
