Payment Information If you purchase Artist Growth Intelligence, payments are securely processed by Stripe. Glowstick Music Inc. does not receive or store your full payment card information. Automatically Collected Information The current version of Artist Growth Intelligence does not use third-party analytics platforms or behavioural tracking services. They should not be interpreted as guarantees of future audience growth, streaming performance, commercial success, or career outcomes.
Your uploaded information is never used to train AI models. Glowstick Music Inc. does not use your uploads, reports, or personal information to improve or train foundation AI models. Your information is processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested report.
You retain ownership of all information, images, screenshots, and other content you upload. By submitting content through the Service, you grant Glowstick Music Inc. a limited, temporary licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your Artist Growth Intelligence report. This licence ends once processing has been completed, subject only to legal obligations that may require temporary retention. Glowstick Music Inc. does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
Artist Growth Intelligence is designed to minimise data retention. Uploaded screenshots are stored only for as long as necessary to successfully generate your report. Once report generation has completed successfully, uploaded screenshots are permanently deleted from our systems. If report generation fails, screenshots may be retained temporarily while the request is retried or investigated, after which they are deleted.
We use your email address to: • identify your report request • deliver your completed report • communicate about your purchase • respond to customer support enquiries We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
We only share information when necessary to operate the Service.
