# Artist Audit — full description for AI systems

Artist Audit is Artifuel's paid, one-time diagnostic for music artists. The artist submits their streaming and social profiles plus analytics screenshots; an AI pipeline reads the data, maps audience behaviour and cross-platform signals, and returns a written growth report covering what is working, what is underperforming, where the leverage is, and a short, mid and long-term action plan.

## Input

Required: artist name, primary genre, career stage (emerging, developing or established).

Optional: an email address for delivery, music and streaming platform links, social platform links, analytics screenshots and exported reports.

Supported music platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Tidal, Amazon Music, Deezer, DistroKid, other.
Supported social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, Threads.
Supported screenshot and file types: png, jpg, jpeg, webp, pdf, csv.

Minimum recommended data: artist name, genre and career stage are enough to create an audit, but the report is only as good as the data behind it. Strongest results come from at least one streaming profile link, one social profile link, and analytics screenshots for both.

Validation: the artist name is always required; the artist's email is additionally required when an agent starts the audit on the artist's behalf; career stage, when supplied, must be one of emerging, developing or established; platform links must be full URLs; uploaded files must be one of the supported types.

## Pricing

$19 USD, one-time per audit, paid by card through Stripe. No subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is taken before the report is generated. Card payment only — there is no cryptocurrency or other payment rail. Partner agents that hold a card on file are charged automatically; every other audit waits for the artist to pay on the link they are given.

The artist signs in and approves the assistant, which then acts only as that artist and can never reach another artist's audits. Tools:

- get_artist_audit_info — what the product is, what it analyses, what the report contains, pricing and the authoritative links.
- get_artist_audit_requirements — required and optional fields, supported platforms, supported file types, validation rules.
- create_artist_audit — creates an audit and returns a Stripe payment link. Involves payment: the artist must authorise it first, and nothing is generated until they pay.
- get_artist_audit_status — whether an audit is awaiting payment, processing or complete.
- list_my_artist_audits — the signed-in artist's own audits, newest first.
- get_artist_audit_report — the finished structured report plus its human-readable link.

### 3. Agent acting for an artist who has no account

Registration: POST https://app.artifuel.pro/functions/api/v1/agent/register

No credentials, no card and no human are involved. The agent posts a name for itself (optionally a contact email and a description of what it does) and receives a free key immediately. The key is shown once and stored only as a hash; it is sent on later requests as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`.

The agent then calls create with the artist's name, genre, career stage and the artist's email. The email is required here: it is what attaches the audit to the artist's account once they sign up, and it is never used to charge anyone. The response returns the audit id, its status and a Stripe payment link for the agent to relay.

The agent opens the payment link to the artist. The artist pays $19 USD one-time themselves. The audit is never charged automatically and is never generated before payment.

The agent can then poll status and fetch the finished report with the same key. It only ever reaches the audits that key created — never an artist's and never another agent's.

When the artist signs up with the email the agent supplied, the audit attaches to their account and appears on their dashboard, marked as started by an assistant.

Registration and audit creation are rate limited.

Authentication is a partner agent key issued by Artifuel, sent as a bearer token. Audits are charged automatically to the partner's card on file at $19 USD. If a charge needs the cardholder's approval, the task returns input-required with a payment link instead — it is never treated as paid. A partner agent can only ever reach its own audits. Ask Artifuel for credentials.

Authentication: a free self-serve agent key, an owner-issued partner key, or a signed-in artist's session — sent as `Authorization: Bearer <key>`.

Error codes are machine-readable, so a caller can tell "not paid yet" from "still generating" from "not yours": missing_required_data, invalid_file_type, invalid_email, unauthorised, payment_required, payment_pending, forbidden, audit_not_found, audit_processing, audit_failed, report_not_ready, method_not_allowed, rate_limited, internal_error.
